Tikus Delivery provided the first trainee batches of 60 Delivery Boys

Tikus Delivery provided the first trainee batches of 60 Delivery Boys this month with a two-day training and qualification.
During the two-day training, experts from the Addis Ababa Traffic Agency,Food Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry Development Institute gave food, Hygiene and traffic safety training, and also the youths provided a mindset and tikus application training.

Tikus Delivery is the first in Ethiopia to start the Service of delivering food and other items from restaurants and vendors to customers using a non-motorized vehicles like bicycles, Ebikes.

Within the first year of Tikus kick start with collaboration of “The BRIDGES programme is a Mastercard Foundation – Young Africa Works Ethiopia supported initiative implemented by First Consult PLC.” Together, plan to train and employ 1,000 youths and produce independent young entrepreneurs In the future.
This Program includes recruiting young people, working to register who are eligible for the job, and trains these young people also providing them a vehicle to start with an advance payment of 10% for those who do not have a bicycle or e-bike.
